Microsoft 365 Copilot is a game-changing tool for content creation that aims to unleash creativity, unlock productivity and uplevel skills for everyone. It is currently available as a preview for select customers and will be rolled out more widely later this year.

    And can also help users customize their flows with natural language inputs and outputs. For example, users can ask Copilot to create a flow that sends an invoice to a customer when an order is completed or generate a personalized thank-you note based on the customer’s feedback.

    Users can give Business Chat natural language prompts such as “tell my team how we updated the product strategy” or “send a thank-you note to a customer” and Business Chat will generate messages based on users’ data such as calendar, emails, chats, documents, meetings and contacts.

    And Business Chat can also help users manage their conversations by summarizing chats, creating action items, scheduling meetings and sending reminders.
  • Business Chat is designed to make communication more efficient and effective for users. Users can save time and effort by using Business Chat to generate messages that are relevant and personalized.

    Users can also improve their communication skills by using Business Chat’s feedback and suggestions that help them write clearer and more engaging messages.

    This feature also helps users build trust and rapport with their audiences by using natural language understanding and sentiment analysis to tailor messages according to tone, mood and context.


4. Microsoft's approach to responsible AI

Microsoft has developed a Responsible AI Standard, a framework for building AI systems according to six principles: fairness, reliability and safety, privacy and security, inclusiveness, transparency and accountability.
